The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Registration Information

When registering a cbr191 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and active Philippine mobile number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cbr191 username and password. Deposits

Withdrawals

Currency

All account balances, deposits, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). cbr191 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the player through their payment provider are the sole responsibility of the player.

Wagering Requirements

Modification and Withdrawal of Bonuses

cbr191 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account, provided the player has not yet breached the applicable bonus terms.

Random Number Generation

cbr191 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. cbr191 will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

cbr191 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a cbr191 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

You may close your cbr191 account at any time by contacting cbr191 support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method following completion of any applicable verification checks.

Nothing in this section shall limit cbr191's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
